The Herdade dos Pimenteis wines are the result of a manual harvest. In the winery fermentation occurs through a rigorous temperature control, which creates the final wines.
Today the farm produces four grades of wine: Herdade dos Pimenteis Tinto Regional, Herdade dos Pimenteis Reserva, Herdade dos Pimenteis Touriga Nacional and Herdade dos Pimenteis Branco with an irresistible aroma of Muscat.
